I purchased the most adorable chinchilla at 11 weeks old from Chinchilla Garden. They were reasonably priced and handled the long car ride well. I am absolutely thrilled with my new chinchilla!! The seller and their family were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the purchase process. I couldn’t be more pleased!
We already have two pets, but our 9-year-old can’t keep up with our energetic 2-year-old chinchilla, Cooper. That’s why we decided to add another chinchilla to our family. We found Juliette (formerly Sugar) at Chinchilla Garden, and it was love at first sight. Samuel Smucker, the breeder, impressed us with his kindness, care, and valuable information. Visiting Juliette’s home and meeting her mother was a wonderful experience. The entire process was surprisingly easy. We only wish we had discovered Chinchilla Garden earlier! Juliette is an exceptional chinchilla. She’s quickly adapting to her litter training and displays remarkable intelligence. She already responds to commands like “sit” and “come.” Her temperament is fantastic, and she thoroughly enjoys meeting new people. We highly recommend Chinchilla Garden for finding your next furry chinchilla companion.
I was looking for a chinchilla for weeks when I came across Chinchilla Garden. I looked every day for the right chinchilla to catch my eye when I saw the siblings to my sweet Chilly. I reached out and met the chinchillas that were left from the litter. The person I got my chinchilla from was great!! Super nice, answered all my questions before and after I got my chinchilla! They let us play with them and let the right one pick us out. Chilly is a sweet, loving, playful chinchilla. They get along with my cats, kids, and anyone they meet, really.
Received our adorable 11-week old chinchilla from Chinchilla Garden. Chilly, formerly Serena, is the sweetest chinchilla and extremely smart. We’ve had them for a week, and they’re already learning to consistently use the litter box. They have also learned the “sit” and “stay” commands! They love their enclosure and willingly sleep there for naps and at night for about 6 hours. Henry was upfront about a very common issue with female chinchillas, and our vet agreed with what Henry said – that it’s likely to resolve itself and is not concerning. The vet gave Chilly a clean bill of health and stated, “They’re perfect!” We couldn’t agree more!
In May 2021, we purchased a chinchilla from Chinchilla Garden. It was an extremely positive experience. It was clear that both Henry and his wife cared about the chinchillas, were knowledgeable about the breed, and wanted to place them in good homes. They were able to show me both the mother and father, which they owned, and I greatly appreciated being able to get a better feel for the size that the chinchilla would be upon maturity. Coco (formerly named Hunter on the website) was so well adjusted and happy. This is the third chinchilla I have purchased in my lifetime, and of my experiences, Coco has been the most ready to join his forever family! He was used to being handled by the children and was comfortable both in the house and out in the garden. Henry also followed up with a phone call a few weeks after our purchase to make sure everything was going well with the chinchilla. I would highly recommend this breeder at Chinchilla Garden!
